Life Hack

24th May 2016

In the same day right after the balloon groups, another groups has shown their videos, "A Life Hack Videos" and this is the link of the videos https://youtu.be/jcPzOv8M7C0

Which by means we need to produce a product based on the given recycle things to create a Life Hack. So our group was given a plastic food container and also a small vitamin box. So as for the food container we turned it into a container with a lot of compartment to keep coins. While the box we made it as a place to put or keep small things.


Balloon Chairs

24th May 2016

So this week is the last week of the class.
The game required us to produce a balloon chair. We are divided into given groups and we are given some balloons and cellophane tape to produce the balloon chair. In the making of the balloon chair everyone is prohibited from talking except the group leaders and only they who can give the instructions. As for our group we made up to produce the most stable balloon chair and it was named "Ogalloon Chair".

Photo Hunting

17th May 2016

On the same day it was held two games by two different groups.
So this time it is a photo contest game. Each of the group was given the crop photos like a puzzle. Thus, we need to hunt the photos around of the T02 faculty.

This game was tiring since we has to search around the photo puzzle but it was so fun and we made a great teamwork again. This games does help us to explore the places we have never been to in our own faculty. So we did discover new things!

Making a Circle

17th May 2016


The game for this week is we need to make a circle by only using two newspaper. It sounds impossible to done it, but believe or not we made it. And the largest circle that has been made by a group made up to fit the whole class in that circle.

This proved nothing is impossible and the techniques is the key. This game shows that teamwork is very important.

Building a Tower

10th May 2016

This week games slots and the next upcoming groups needs to produce a product as it was a request from Dr. Nasir.

So, the task given is we need to build the highest tower by using only 20 A4 papers and cellophane tape. But the rule is only the group leaders are allowed to talk and give the directions.

We made up to made the second highest tower and the most stable tower. Given name for the tower is "Burj Malaysia".

The Deaf, Blind & Mute

3rd May 2016

So this week is the turn for Group 3 and it was our group! So we have prepared a game that is to be called "The Deaf, Blind and Mute".

As the name of the game, The roles are divided into three categories which are mute, deaf and blind.
They are divided into three groups which are Red Group, Blue Group, and Green Group. In each group must have the Mute, Deaf and the Blind in a row for each round.
So each of the Mutes are given the clues and they need to tell the deaf only using body language. Later, the deaf will go to the blind and tell the Blind to interpret it in terms of drawing with close eyes.

So, the lessons from this game is even though we ain't perfect, but that doesn't mean we can't succeed. There are various of ways for us to achieve our goals. The key is determination. Besides, this games shows that we should and we did need each other to accomplish the mission.

XOXO game

26th April 2016

So this week is the turn for the second group to provide the game. And it is the XOXO game!

The class were divided into two groups which one should paste the "X" and the other paste the "O" letter on the whiteboard. So the first made up to solved one straight line of their letter are the winner. But in order to paste the letter, they have to bring a ball on ping pong racket without fall it and along the way they need to pick a magnet and continue the balancing till the table and immediately reach the letters and paste it on the white board.

The lessons from this games taught us about focus, competitiveness, and balancing.

CREATIVITY GAMES - Spongebob & Plankton

All of the group has been informed during the previous class to prepared a games that will be held during the class.

So this week is the first group's game. And the game called "Spongebob & Plankton"

This games requires everyone to seat in a circle. I did play this once but the name of the game is "Silent Killer".

So, basically the Spongebob is the team that needs to identify who is the Plankton. And Patrick is a person to be a disturbance in order for Spongebob to guess who is the Plankton.

Online Forum

So it has been told by our class representative that will be no class this week. YEAY!
but...

we have to participate in the online forum that will be open sharp on 10 o'clock. Everyone is compulsory to participate and gives their opinion on the topics given.

So, the topic for the forum is "How could you prepare yourself to get employed?"

In my opinion, we have to be prepared in various aspect to get employed and having a mind set like you want to sell stuff. Means you have to come out with something different or unique in that you need to have in yourself. Furthermore, we can sharpen our soft skills that people nowadays used to talk about. How? As in the campus, it was so diverse based on your interest. For instance, wecan join a lot of programme that organized in the campus, or to be more efficient and real, be the organizer! I'm preety sure loads of things you will achived as the time pass by you may build a connection with lots of contact that you might made along the way.

So, what is argumentation?
Argumentation is the process of establishing a claim and proving it by using logical reasoning, examples, and research.

Etymology of Critical Thinking

Etymology of Critical Thinking is the topic that has been discussed for this week.

Based on the Greek word kritikos which means critic. It is derives from “critic” and implies a “critique” has the meaning “of judging”, “of judgement”, “for judging” and of being “able to discern/differentiate”.


Critical Thinking describes the process we use to uncover the assumptions. It is the art of analyzing and evaluating thinking with a view to improve it. It is also a process of actively and skillfully conceptualizing, applying, analyzing, synthesizing, and evaluating information gathered from or generated by, observation, experience, reflection, reasoning, or communication as a guide to belief and action.

 So, as for this week activity the task given is to create one horror story based on a given picture and each group has to present it or be a story teller and tell the story created to the whole class.



Higher Order Thinking Skills (4th Class)

Our group presenting our product that we produce from the news paper.
So this week topic is about High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS).

HOTS is a higher order thinking skills that involves transformation of information & ideas. Combine facts and ideas, & synthesize, generalize. explain hypothesis and arrive some conclusion or interpretation. To solve problems, gain understanding & discover new meaning.

Later after the lecture, each group given a task to produce something from a bunch of  news paper.

5 petals of the flower resembles the 5 of us in the group ;)
This is a ship that symbolize journey as SMBB student gone through the hardships together.
This box indicates the course which in certain situatuion or circumtances we need to think out of the box to in order to come out with a solution for the problems.

Perception & Logic (3rd Class)

As in our third class the lessons of the day is about Perception & Logic.

Process of thinking can be divided into two stages which are perception and logic.
Perception is a process where our brain receiving information from sense, arrange it, and translate it.
Perception collects all pola set and build the concept and the definition.
Logic is a set of assumption taken from pola set formed by perception.
Perception and logic are related to each other.
There are 2 logics method which inductive and deductive.

Example of Inductive Logic:

Lena is a biology student and beautiful.
Yen is a biology student and beautiful.
Badik is a biology student and beautiful.
So, all biology students are beautiful.


Example of Deductive Logic:

All girls love shopping.
Pei Wen is a girl and loves shopping.
So, Pei Wen is a girl who loves shopping.
